Hi dancers! My name is Kassie Kuiper and I am in my sixth year of Concurrent Education in the Intermediate/ Senior stream. I have been dancing since I was three, training and competing in Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Irish, Contemporary and Tap! This is my sixth year apart of Brock Dance as a dancer and I am so excited to be apart of the executive team again this year for the third time and first time as President! I can't wait for this amazing dance season to start!

Hey dancers! My name is Emma Whittier and I am a third year Sport Management student. This will be my third year apart of Brock Dance and I’m so excited to be apart of the Brock Dance Executive team again this year as Vice President! I've been dancing since I was two years old and have trained and competed in many styles. My favourite style would probably be jazz or hip-hop. I can’t wait for this season to start and to dance again with Brock Dance!

Hi! My name is Brooke Souliere and I’m going into my 2nd year of Concurrent Education in the P/J stream! This will be my 2nd year as a Brock Dance member, however, I’ve been dancing since I was 5! My favourite styles of dance are hip hop and jazz but I love ballet too! I’m looking forward to dancing with all of you and having a fantastic year!

Hi dancers! My name is Brooke Learn and I cannot wait to be a part of the Brock dance executive team again this year as one of your social events coordinators! I have loved being a part of this dance family so much & am so excited to see what our 2024/2025 season brings! A little bit about me is that dance has been a part of my life since I was 5 years old, & have enjoyed dancing in various styles such as tap, jazz, lyrical, pointe, & especially ballet. I’m looking forward to entering my first year of teachers college this year & can’t wait to see where it leads me! Hey dancers! My name is Kyla Beck and I am in my first year of teachers college in the primary/junior stream after previously completing the BECE program. I started dancing and competing when I was 13. I trained in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical and acro. This is my 4th year with Brock Dance and I’m very excited to be joining the exec team as social media coordinator. I look forward to another incredible season of dance!!

Hi dancers! My name is Maggie Cole and I am in my 5th year of Concurrent Education in the primary/junior stream. I have been dancing since I was three years old, and have trained pre-professionally in mainly ballet, pointe, modern and tap but have trained in many other styles throughout my dance career. If I had to choose, my favourite styles are tap and modern! This is my third year in Brock Dance, second year teaching Advanced Lyrical, and I am so excited to now be a part of the executive team as the treasurer! Brock Dance has been an amazing part of my University experience and has allowed me to create such a strong and supportive community. I am looking forward to meeting new people and dancing alongside you all this year!

Beginner/ Inter, Advanced & Advanced Plus Hip Hop

Hey everyone! My name is Fayth, and I am going into my fifth year of the Primary/Junior Concurrent Education program at Brock. I have been a part of Brock Dance for the past four years, both as a hip hop teacher for the recreational team and a dancer on the competitive team. I’m super excited to be teaching beginner/inter hip hop and advanced hip hop again this year, and now advanced plus hip hop as well! I have been dancing since I was six years old and have participated in many different styles over the years, but hip hop has always been my favourite. I can’t wait to dance with you this year and I’m so happy to be sharing my love for hip hop with all of you!

Hey everyone! My name is Katie and I am in my fifth year of the Primary/Junior Concurrent Education program. I have been part of Brock Dance since my first year. Throughout my time, I have been a dancer and teacher for the recreational team as well as a member of the former competitive team. I cannot wait to teach again this year! I started dancing at the age of 6 and started competing at the age of 12 in a number of styles including tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and ballet. I am stoked for another great year of Brock Dance!

Hello! My name is Lily and I am in my fourth year of Community Recreation. I started dancing when I was 5 and started competing when I was 9. My favourite styles are tap, hip hop, and jazz!  This will be my fourth year with Brock Dance and my first year as a teacher! I am beyond excited for this season and I can’t wait to dance with such amazing talent and share my love for dance with everyone!

Acro Foundations

Hi! My name is Hollie and I am thrilled to be teaching Acro Foundations with Brock Dance for the first time this season! I am currently in my third year of Child and Youth Studies. I began dancing at the age of 3 and haven't stopped since. I started competitive dance at a very young age, receiving extensive training in various styles including acro, lyrical, ballet, jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop. Throughout my dance years, I also received circus and gymnastic training learning tumbling, silks, trampoline and more. These past few years I have discovered my passion for teaching dance and gymnastics. Currently, I am teaching acro and other styles at Kinetic Elements Dance Inc.. I am beyond excited to join Brock Dance and share my knowledge and passion for dance.

Hello!! I'm Talya and I'm thrilled to announce that I will be teaching Beginner/Intermediate contemporary classes with for the second time with Brock Dance this year. I currently am in my third year of Sport Management at Brock. My dance journey began at the age of 2 with Ukrainian Dance and as I grew older I also took ballet, contemporary, lyrical, and jazz. Throughout high school, I was a Dance Special High Skills Major at Iona Catholic Secondary School. This upcoming year marks my 8th year of teaching Ukrainian Dance/Ballet at Barvinok Ukrainian Dance School. I'm so excited for everything Brock Dance has to offer and teaching this year.

Hi! I’m Emily and I am so excited to be teaching with Brock Dance again this year! This will be my third year teaching with Brock Dance and I am so excited to be teaching Advanced and Advance Plus Contemporary! Hello! My name is Ava, and I am beyond thrilled to teach with Brock Dance this year. I am in my third year of child and youth studies at Brock. This is my second year with the club. Throughout high school I was a Dance Special High Skills Major at Sudbury Secondary School. I grew up training and competing in ballet, point, tap, jazz, modern, lyrical, and contemporary. I look forward to teaching Beginner/Intermediate Ballet this year alongside Sinead. I'm very excited for another fun dance season! We can't wait to see you in class!

Hello! I’m Sinead, I’m going into my third year in Psychology. I started dancing at age 4, taking various styles such as Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theatre and Pointe throughout my dance journey. This is my second year with Brock Dance, and I am so excited to be teaching Beginner/Intermediate Ballet this year alongside Ava! I can’t wait to see you in class!

I am also a member of the Brock Dance Executive Team as the President! I am looking forward to seeing new and returning faces this dance season!

Highland

Hi there, everybody! My name is Riley and I am so excited to be teaching the Highland Class this year! I am headed into my 2nd year as an English Language and Literature student here at Brock and while this is my first year teaching for the club, I had such a fun time last year trying all new styles and building bonds. I have been a highland dancer since I was 3 years old and have been competing in traditional highland competitions since elementary school. At my studio in St. Catharines, I teach both recreational and competitive dancers, whilst also creating choreographies to take to the stage. Highland is truly my passion and I cannot wait to share it with you all this year!

Hey, my name is Grace and I am so excited to return to Brock Dance for my second year teaching and third year dancing with this club! I will be teaching the Beg/Inter Lyrical class with Zoe this year. I have been dancing since I was 3 years old and I am so happy that I have been able to continue dancing through university, it means so much to me. I have done Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, and Musical Theatre! I am also in my 3rd year of Concurrent Ed P/J and am looking forward to continue teaching in the dance world. Hey dancers!! My name is Zoe and I am a third year student here at Brock studying Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice. I joined Brock Dance last year and was pleasantly surprised by the good vibes, amazing dancers, and opportunity to perform on stage again! I had been a competitive dancer for most of my life, specializing in contemporary, lyrical, jazz and tap, and after taking some time away, Brock Dance has been a great avenue for me to get back into the swing of things. I am so stoked to be able to teach this year alongside Grace in our beginner/intermediate lyrical class, and cannot wait for the chance to meet you all and see some familiar faces :)) Super excited for the year to come!

Hi everyone! I’m Maddy and I’m going into my third year of ConEd (I/S) with my teachables in drama and visual arts! I’m very excited to be teaching the Irish class again this year, as well as my first time teaching the Musical Theatre class alongside Sebastien! I’ve been dancing since I was 4 years old and have tried a variety of styles but found my passion for Irish dance at the age of 6, competitively at the age of 10. I’m looking forward to teaching both of these dance classes with Brock Dance this year and I hope to many dancers giving these dance styles a try!

Hi Dancers! My name is Emily and I am going into my 4th year of my psychology undergraduate. I have been dancing since the age of 3, so for 19 years come this September. I have danced recreationally for 7 years and competitively for 11 years. I have trained in various styles, including modern, musical theatre, acro, ballet, open, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, and contemporary. I have taught a variety of ages from 3-18 years, and have taught styles including jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. I have a great passion for dance and wouldn't be who I am today without it. Hi! My name is Aleah Thrasher and I am in my 3rd year at Brock in the ConEd P/J stream! I have been a member of Brock Dance for the last 2 years and have loved every minute of it. This year, I am honoured to take on my first role as a Brock Dance teacher. I will be a co-teacher of our Strength and Technique class alongside my good friend Bailey. Our classes will be filled with fitness, both across the floor and centre technique exercises, stretching, short combos, etc! I can’t wait to take on this new edition to my university life and meet and make friends with you all!

Hi Dancers! My name is Bailey and I am going into my second year of Concurrent Education Primary/Junior. I have been dancing for 11 years and my favourite genre to perform is tap and lyrical! This will be my second year part of Brock Dance and my first year teaching with the club! I am so excited to be teaching Stretch and Technique alongside Aleah! Brock Dance has been such a great place for myself and other dancers and I can’t wait to start this season!!!
